Food Intolerance Testing

These tests provide meaningful insights into your health with easy-to-understand results. Download anytime to share with your healthcare provider or family.  Used the world over, IgG Antibody Intolerance testing, also often referred to as ‘Sensitivity Testing’, is a great tool for detailed dietary optimisation, and improved health.

When doing an IgG test, it is recommended to eat a large variety of foods in the two weeks prior to testing. Include as many of the foods that are being tested in the specific allergy panel you have chosen. Be aware that if foods are not included in the diet during this time, false negative results may be obtained as recent exposure to these foods may be required for antibodies to be present in the blood.

It is recommended that IgG allergy testing is only performed for infants greater than 18 months of age.

Vitamin D Test Vitamin D Testing (due Feb ’22)

Vitamin D is actually a hormone rather than a vitamin. It’s required to absorb calcium into the bloodstream from the gut. Vitamin D is primarily produced in skin as a response to sunlight, and approximately 10% is also absorbed from food eaten in any healthy balanced diet. Having moderately low levels of Vitamin D is not usually cause for concern, and can be corrected with a diet containing foods rich with Vitamin D.
