Where Is My Sample Analysed?

The testing of your sample is carried out by Australian Clinical Laboratories, 1 Goodwood Rd, Wayville, South Australia. ACL adheres to best practice in accordance with Australian Government Department of Health, Best Practice Pathology Guidelines.

What If My Kit Gets Delayed Or Lost During Postage

If a Kit is lost by Australia Post, or a delay resulting in deterioration of the sample occurs, a replacement Kit will be supplied to you at no extra cost. Australia post are not perfect and delays occasionally occur. Just know that we won’t leave you stranded.

How Long Do I Have To Wait For Results

Samples are analysed as soon as they arrive at the laboratory. Results are sent by secure email (.PDF file) as soon as testing is complete. Depending on which hormones are selected the total turnaround is up to 10 working days. Note: Any results outside of normal range are re-tested for accuracy. This can add up to 4 days to wait time.

Can I choose to send my sample by an alternate mail method?

Yes, whilst our return paid envelopes are faster than standard post, you may choose to use a courier of your choice. This may be helpful if you wish to track your sample as it makes its way to the laboratory.

If I change My Mind Can I Have A Refund?

Yes, simply return the unopened kit within 30 days. You will receive a full refund less the $7.50 shipping fee incurred by TestoChecker.

What If I Complete My Collection On The Weekend?

We recommend you don’t use the kit on a weekend day. Instead, wait for Monday morning to ensure the lab gets a fresh sample. However, if you have taken your sample on a weekend, it’s OK. Just store your swab safely in the refrigerator, then send immediately Monday morning.
