About Salivary Testing of Hormones (salivaomics)

Allow at least one full cycle prior to using your kit, with proper consideration of the consequences.
It is not usually necessary to stop taking your supplements. However, sustained daily high dose Vitamin B12 has been known to affect melatonin levels. If you wish to obtain a clear melatonin result, it is suggested ceasing use of B12 one week prior to testing. If B12 has been prescribed, please consult your GP.
